Are you a specialist in child and adolescent psychiatry looking for a workplace with close collaboration, good structure, and engaged colleagues?

Here is an opportunity to work at a well-organized child and adolescent psychiatric clinic in Central Sweden, in a safe and nature-friendly urban environment close to both lakes, forests, and larger cities.

About the organization

The clinic is part of the county's child and adolescent psychiatric services and receives patients aged 6-18 years. Here you will meet children and adolescents with conditions such as depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, autism, bipolar disorder, and other comorbidities. The work consists of assessments, investigations, treatments, and urgent interventions during the day.

The team is interdisciplinary and consists of psychiatrists, nurses, psychologists, social workers, and other professional groups. The organization has well-functioning routines and close collaboration with other clinics in the county, including inpatient care and eating disorder treatment.

Your role

  • As a specialist, you will work with both planned and urgent patient cases.
  • You will typically have 4-5 patient visits per day, often together with other professionals.
  • After an introduction, weekend on-call duty (approximately every 8th weekend) may be included. No night work.
  • Opportunity to participate in collegial meetings, supervision, and development work within the organization.

We are looking for you who

  • Have a specialist certificate in child and adolescent psychiatry.
  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a specialist to work independently.
  • Are self-driven, unpretentious, and have an interest in families and children in various psychiatric contexts.
  • Have good collaboration skills and want to contribute to the continued development of the organization.

We offer

  • A personal clinic with short decision-making paths and a great team spirit.
  • Experienced colleagues and access to supervision.
  • Involvement in the development of new working methods and digital solutions.
  • A nature-friendly living environment with high quality of life, while larger cities are within reach.

Conditions

  • Permanent full-time employment.
  • Working hours Monday-Friday during the day, flexible hours.
  • Start date according to agreement.
